This interactive group coaching package will provide actionable steps to take after each session, a FB group just for your cohort and live sessions to answer all of your questions, Email access 24/7 , private portal and messaging.

Retreats - hosts health workshops at wellness and yoga retreats. I can offer health and lifestyle advice and help others reconnect with themselves while being away on the retreat
